Malware or Harmful files - Uploading files which could endanger people or our servers is prohibited and therefore we have the right to remove the image from our hosting space.

Nudity, Exposure or Grosteque - UploadPik isn't an explicit website and does not tollerate grosteque or nude photographs on the site, The Privacy Policy may also apply to these remarks. We deserve the right to remove your image!

Copyright - UploadPik allows you to upload pictures which may have a copyright offending to it only if you give a copyright watermark to the owner of the image, The owner of the image has the right to report the image as abuse if they don't agree with having the image hosted.

Hosting Privacy - Uploading your pictures to UploadPik can ONLY be viewed by those who you share it with, your images arn't visable any way on the website only via direct link, Which is upto you who you give it to.

File Deletion - UploadPik deserves the right to delete any images from our hosting space without notice. Images can also be reported by users which if their report was sucessful we can remove the image.

Files - At UploadPik we have strict rules on what can be uploaded, We allow you to host 5 MB of IMAGE hosting (per image), We only allow the following image types: gif jpg jpeg bmp png attempting to by-pass the system will be reported to administrator and we reserve the right to disable your access to UploadPik.

Contacting Us - When contacting us we will try to reply to you within 48 hours of your message being sent in, Spam messages will be ignored with no reply. We listen to any suggestions you may have to help improve UploadPik and if your suggestion is enroled extensions to your hosting account could be provided as a friendly thank you..
